Refund and Returns
After completing the purchase, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation and additional information. I will post your order as soon as possible, usually in 2 to 5 days. You can usually cancel your order for the first 24hrs, or before I ship the parcel. If this is the case, please send me an e-mail, and I will order the refund as soon as possible.
If you have selected the direct bank transfer payment method, you will receive specific instructions depending on the selected currency.
Refunds
My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if possible so that the item won't be damaged during travel.
Custom portraits, paintings, and digital purchases are exempt from being returned or refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. I'm sorry these shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

I will carefully prepare items for shipping with sturdy cardboard and plastic protection against humidity and damage. Packaging materials are recycled whenever possible.
Ordinary shipping with the provided tracking number by Poste Italiane and insurance if viable.
